Launch fees for the event are $15 per day which includes your BLM fee.
Special Discount for pre-registering! Pre-register before Octorber 24th and get the whole weekend for $30 plus
you will participate in a special raffle onsite during the launch. You can pre-register by downloading the registration forms and mailing them by October 24th.
SPECIAL RAFFLE FOR PRE-REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS: 1 week before the launch, one pre-registered participant will win an awesome pre-reserved premier parking spot. Winner will be notified before the launch (so you don't have to rush out for a great spot, 'cause yours will be pre-reserved), and name will be posted on the site.
Please Note: all flyers will be required to show a current NAR or TRIPOLI card. You will not be permitted to fly unless you have your current NAR or TRIPOLI card.

Special Information for Scout Troops

All scouts will be charged $10 per person for the event which includes your BLM fee. This rate includes adults associated and attending with the troop.
- Each scout and adult attending with the troop will need to complete the photo waiver and liability/medical release form. The troop leader should collect these forms and mail them in advance if possible.
- Any troop attending must bring a copy of the troop's tour permit - this is required as proof of medical insurance.
- Scouts and their adults are limited to the low power equipment. If an adult wants to launch more than a low powered rocket, he/she must complete the regular registration paperwork and pay the proper fees.
- All scouts in attendance should wear a troop shirt or scout shirt
